These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions under which the application provider, Deutsche Telekom IT & Telecommunications Slovakia s.r.o., with its registered office at Moldavská cesta 8B, 040 11 Košice, ID 52 934 039, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, Section Košice. S.r.o. insert 48210/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") provides the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application and the procedure for concluding and terminating the contract for the use of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

I.  Purpose of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application 

1. The “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application is an application provided by the provider, which allows the application user to plan and navigate his trips using the mobile application “Trasa – Indoor Navigation”, using available geographical information and navigation technologies.
2. The “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application is provided through the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” mobile application, which allows users to access geographic information, route, navigation directions and related functions.
3. The user of the route application can only be an employee of the provider or an employee of Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia s.r.o., with its registered office at Moldavská cesta 8B, 040 11 Košice.

II.  Agreement for the provision of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application

1. The user of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application becomes a person who downloads and uses the mobile application “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” and agrees to these conditions. The User concludes a contract with the Provider for the provision of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application.
2. When registering in the mobile application “Trasa – Indoor Navigation”, the user is obliged to enter the code delivered to him to his work email address. This information is necessary for the proper launch and functioning of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application.
3. The contract for the provision of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application is concluded for an indefinite period. The User has the right to terminate the contract and cancel the use of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application at any time.

III.  Obligations and responsibility of the User

1. The user er of the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application is entitled to use the application only in accordance with these conditions.
2. The user is obliged to behave in such a way that when using the application, he does not endanger or impair its functionality or the rights of other users.
3. The User undertakes not to violate applicable laws or good manners when using the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application. For example, it prohibits infringing third party copyrights, distributing inappropriate content or spreading spam.
4. The User undertakes not to provide third parties with the password provided to him by the Provider in order to enable the use of the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application.
5. The Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application exclusively for purposes that are in accordance with its purpose and these Terms of Use. The license applies only to the application itself and does not include any rights to the source code, design, graphics, content or other components of the application, which remain the property of the provider or relevant third parties.
6. In the event of a breach of the obligations specified in points 3 and 4, the Provider has the right to immediately withdraw from the contract and block the User's access to the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application.
7. The user is liable for all damages caused in connection with the use of the “Trasa – Indoor Navigation” application, if such damages arise as a result of his non-compliance with these terms and conditions or the law.
8. The Provider shall not be liable for damages caused by the User due to limited connectivity, malfunction of the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application or for damage to the User's end devices caused by viruses or other malicious software.

IV.  Final provisions

1. The Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of provision of the "Trasa – Indoor Navigation" application.
2. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and effect on the date of their publication.
3. The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
