General description

Realize change (i.e. organizational, infrastructural and/or application, in- and outsourcing, bids) and manage all relevant knowledge areas, in line with PM book and PMI methodology / bid process and contribute to the formulation of the business case and establish a project planning, in a way that is compliant with customer (internal or external) requirements and leads to realization of projects (category A/B) in time, budget and in line with quality standards.

 Accountabilities 

  • Designs, develops and actively drives implementation of improvement changes in processes, sub-processes and process related requirements according to valid corporate standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the process execution.
  • Coordinates, organizes and steers activities related to Communities of Practice (CoP) and Process Improvement Team (PIT).
  • Manages process documentation on TSI corporate level.
  • Analyzes Key Performance Indicators results and identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions.
  • Define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned projects or processes, lead and coach team members and ensure execution and delivery, to ensure realization of deliverables.
  • Establish a project plan that includes planning, specifications, conditions, costs and project deliverables, arrange resourcing, organize project team in line with customer requirements.
  • Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan.
  • Identify and manage relevant project risks, in line with procedures and guidelines and in cooperation with the steering committee.
  • Collect and analyze relevant project-information and provide reporting to customer and TS management.

Requirements

 Education: 

  • Master degree

 Certification: 

  • Service and Project Management as well as Agile Project Method certificates are preferred

 Mandatory skills

  • Process Management:
    Relevant knowledge of end-to-end process chains within IT industry (Lead-to-contract, Order/Usage-to-Cash) including the supporting processes like e.g., Finance & Controlling

  • Project Management:
    Long-term experience in managing interdisciplinary und international project teams. Experience in managing IT projects using agile methods

  • IT Background:
    Specific knowledge for mapping the process chains in IT systems. Ability to quickly familiarize with the TSI specific IT systems landscape and understand the functions of the core systems

  • Finance & Controlling background:
    preferred, but no "must have"

 Professional experience: 

  • At least 10 to 15 years in IT industry in various companies (preferred internationally)
  • Good understanding of IT business models (People Biz, Managed services, Platform biz)

 Soft Skills: 

  • Ability to interact with TSI management as well as with project team members and other colleagues from different departments.
  • Ability to build up a stable network of people in Finance & Controlling, Operational and IT community.
  • Independent conception, development, and elaboration of innovative solutions for high complex problems

 Additional Skills: 

  • Critical Thinking: Expert
  • Time & stress management: Advanced

 Languages: 

  • Business fluent English, written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of German language preferred

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1700 EUR/brutto.
