General description
Governance of the Quality management within the unit or company. Proposes, designs and implements changes in Quality management system according to valid standards and in order to increase the efficiency of the service activity. Provides consultancy in assigned process and quality topics. Prepares and controls optimization measures relevant for quality improvement. Ensures that quality performance is at desired level. Designs concepts and implements quality standards. Designs reports related to quality management. Prepares and controls optimization measures quality. Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of the quality management within the team. Implements concepts and quality standards. Produces internal and external reports related to quality management. Supports the preparation and control of optimization measures relating to processes, reporting and quality.
Accountabilities
- Leading in Quality Management System (e.g. Audit Management, Process Management, License Management, Security Management, Document Management etc.) to standardize Quality Management System
- Challenge the quality of production process to ensure Zero Outage targets
- Manage teleconferences/meetings with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken
- Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
- Leading on "process communities" projects to ensure continuous improvement on TSI Quality management system
- Managing of quality related projects to ensure continuous improvement up to TSI Level
- Manage the interface between quality and operational topics to ensure proper communication
- Manage quality initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
- Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge
Processes / quality:
- Identifies, analyses, develops and coordinates rules and concepts for processes and quality to improve process performance, assure quality and enhance the quality performance (Tri:M customer promises); prepares results and recommendations for action
- Implements complex, central process introductions and optimizations; identifies interdepartmental potential for quality optimization
- Controls the implementation of processes in the assigned task area
- Develops measures to assure or improve the operating quality of the processes
- Identifies quality disturbances and initiates and monitors measures to improve quality
- Defines interdepartmental process indicators and interdepartmental quality indicators
- Identifies potential for process optimisation
- Advises users
- Manages complex projects
- Proposes good/best practice in controlled/audited area

Requirements
Education
- Master´s degree
Experience
- Process- Organisation- and Quality Management - minimum 5 years
- Project management experience as an advantage

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1 100€/brutto.
