Financial Controlling
- Control the financial indicators of world-famous customers from the banking, law and oil sectors.
- Use SAP, Business Warehouse and SharePoint in everyday work.
- Help managers to plan the performance and profitability of our customers.
- Participate in the preparation of specific budgets for 2023.
- Manage the monthly balance sheet and make sure that everything is recorded correctly.
- Create reports that are really read by someone.
- Investigate deviations and present the results to the management.
- Support PWC auditors directly in action.
Master Data management
- Take care of the maintenance of SAP control objects, such as projects, WBS, quotations.
- Create report structures and manage their hierarchy.
- Set up cost and profit centres.
- Approve purchases in purchasing systems.
- Set up and assign accounts in the profit and loss statement.
- Assign user rights in various financial systems and instruments.
- Help to manage SOD audits for Germany and Slovakia.
- Advise a team of financial controllers on technical issues with systems.
Data Analytics
- Participate in reporting development and management in an environment based on Microsoft BI Stack technologies for our internal finance, controlling and HR customers.
- Set up data warehouses and data marts; develop ETL jobs and SSIS packages.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server: create databases, procedures, functions and triggers, troubleshoot and carry out SQL Agent tasks as well as maintenance and security.
- Acquire and process raw data from a variety of data sources (including writing scripts, SQL queries, etc.) in a form suitable for analysis.
- Design, develop, test and document scripts for the cleaning of old data and conversion of new ones.
- Manage security and access for individual users.
