Compliance

Compliance is the foundation of our business

Compliance means following the rules and acting appropriately in our daily business. Our goal is to create an environment in which all employees behave ethically in their daily work.
It also strengthens our corporate culture and helps our company to be recognized as a trusted partner.

Information about supply chain obligations (German Supply Chain Act - LkSG)

Compliance with legal regulations, values and obligations is the basis of our actions. Respect for human rights within the Deutsche Telekom Group and on the part of our suppliers is a matter of course for us as a company. We use existing Group processes and guidelines to implement the requirements of the LkSG. In 2023, Deutsche Telekom revised human rights policy statement and set it out in two documents.
