EMPLOYEES

The “Work life Coaching” project, which offers each employee an opportunity to have a personal consultant.



COMMUNITY

We financially supported 6 university students.



THIRD SECTOR

Volunteering in a dog shelter, blood donation and support of associations and non-profit organizations.



SALES

The increase in revenues for services compared to 2011 is valued at 8,778,596 €.



ENVIRONMENT

We strengthened our recycling activities and collected electrical waste.



INNOVATION

Process automation and introduction of new portfolio outsourcing services.



PRODUCTIVITY

The Total Quality Drive program increases the automation of provided ICT services.



SUPPORT

We launched an innovative pilot program for the dual education of High school graduates.
