We are not slowing down this summer either. We will introduce you to another member of the in-house coaching community. This month it will be about the new GURU VOICE - Diana Pacoláková. Dia has been working at Deutche Telekom since April 2018. She is currently working as a Communication and Change Manager within Project Management. Since 2025, she has been part of a new entity - T-Systems Digitalization Unit, which has just entered the GO LIVE phase.
"Dynamic." This is how Diana described her working day in one word. "Because I never know what to expect."
Freedom, creativity and meaningful Impact
Diana's dream job is one where she can get creative, create something meaningful, inspire people and have freedom at the same time. A combination of a communications department, creative strategy and maybe even her own project would be perfect for her. Why? "Because I have a lot of ideas and I like to do things my way - with passion and heart."
What she enjoys most about her work is when her ideas catch on, when something really works and has a real impact. She sees the power of words and is delighted when she sees that communication can make a difference. Conversely, it angers her when we get unnecessarily stuck on the details or when the ego is addressed more than the outcome. Every day is filled with laughter and good times when she's on the team at Robek Kostka. He and his colleagues laugh often and have a really good time together.
Online meeting full of surprises
Once during an online call, Dia thought her microphone was muted and commented to her dog to go to her seat and stop jumping on her.
Only the mute wasn't! Everyone laughed, but her whole body was on fire with awkwardness.
In her free time, she is mostly involved in swimming, which is a great hobby for Dia. She also attends a drawing and painting club and enjoys gardening at the family cottage in Bankov. If she could visit any place on earth, it would be New Zealand - wild nature, tranquillity and pure, raw beauty. Turn off and just enjoy being.
She considers creating scenarios that may never happen and occasionally overthinking to be her most useless trait.

When she hears the word COMMUNITY she immediately thinks of: support, a safe space, people who have her back - even if it's not always perfect. She comes to the Internal Coach Community this year as Guru Voice to bring her energy, honesty, creativity, and humor.
As she loves to say: "I like to bring people together, get things going and can add juice even where it's barely breathing!" (by the way, she's stroking her little ego a bit with that statement - ironically, of course)
